We are a group of concerned Sunnymead Ranch homeowners interested in telling the truth about wanting to point out and eliminate the negativity that's being promoted about our community. We live here, raise our kids here, and bought into the Ranch because we felt it was the best place to do all of these things. We are all here for "the long haul", and only want what's best for our community. Some of us have served in the past on the Board, and several of us will be running for the Board in next year's election. We are doctors, teachers, lawyers, craftsmen and women, mechanics, business-owners, single-moms, working households, blended families, multi-diverse, and people you call your "neighbors". We all care about our HOA community, and we will fight as hard as we need to, in order to preserve what we invested in when we bought into the Ranch. And Outsiders we DON'T want or need, to "help" us navigate what our future as a community will be. We can do that ourselves, because We are Sunnymead Ranch STRONG!
As homeowners, we only want to accomplish one single goal with this site. That is to educate those homeowners and visitors to our site with telling the TRUTH about why the negativity is being spread about Sunnymead Ranch by those outsiders and others. We also want you to know who's doing this to our HOA. We will do so by challenging every action taken by them, in an effort to let you know what the truth really is, and about what they are doing (social media postings, etc.) that negatively impacts our community.
Those who would bring harm to our community of Sunnymead Ranch are actively doing so by promoting their agenda on public sites. They are also doing so by using private Facebook pages and groups. The fact that their efforts are intended to create division among all of the homeowners of the Ranch, is sad, yet they insist on continuing with those efforts. We hope that you, as intelligent adults reading this, will agree with us that they, and their agenda, are NOT what Sunnymead Ranch wants or needs. Explaining the truth is one way to accomplish that goal.
